Payment 1.0
A 50% deposit is required before commencement of any services. Failure to pay this deposit may result in the requested services not being provided.
Refunds 2.0
If a client has paid a 50% deposit and chooses not to continue the service without a valid reason, a refund will not be issued once the work has commenced. Refunds may be considered if a valid reason is provided. Refunds, when approved, will be issued either via bank transfer or as a voucher for future services with us. Our team will review refund requests and communicate the decision via email or phone. In cases where the work provided does not meet standards, a full refund will be issued to the client.
Contracts 3.0
Before commencing any work, contracts must be signed. If a contract has not been signed, we will be unable to proceed with the service, all contractual terms and offerings must be fulfilled.
Deals & Offers 4.0
Our deals/offers on the website are exclusively available to Australia. A 80% deposit is mandatory, and once work has begun, refunds will not be provided without valid reason. The prices listed on the website are genuine, offering significant discounts to clients. We assure leads or sales, contingent upon the client's active engagement in contacting customers and adept marketing. If our service commitments are not fulfilled (100% Satisfaction), client/s will receive a $500 credit voucher. For details on how vouchers can be used, please refer to Section 5.0 titled "Vouchers" in our terms and conditions.
Vouchers 5.0
Issued vouchers can only be applied towards website services, ads management fees, social media management, photography services, graphic design services, and search engine optimization. They cannot be used for advertising costs or plan renewals, including domain renewals.
Employees Timesheet 6.0
All employees are required to sign in and out to receive their wages. When filling out a timesheet, you must include a selfie to verify your submission. By submitting the form, you consent to providing your selfie as proof of submission. Please note that selfies will not be displayed or shared with anyone.
